We're using this at work. It's better than getting an obscene number of emails per day. Also though it seems to me as though they've just reinvented forums but made it a bit crapper.

its a pretty decent messaging system, not email, not a forum and hence one string of a communication system.

It certainly has potential for usefulness, but doesn't do much for me in practice beyond the ease of /giphy for inserting gifs. I do use it a little, but not as much as I could be depending on the work and the collaborators
