What does it actually do? I have a Mac, which Jenna uses as a tv. She watches Netflix and the like. I have been wondering about getting a tv of some description and reclaiming my Mac. Assuming I have Smart TV which does internet, what does the Apple TV bit add to that?

It can mirror your iPhone onto your TV. Connects directly to istore, Netflix and the internet. And your iTunes account, so pictures and videos and such.
