Ingredients


  • 1.5 kg apples peeled, cored and chopped

  • 1.5 kg sliced onions

  • 50 ml. Olive Oil

  • 300 ml. water

  • 250 ml. cider vinegar

  • 2.5 kg sugar




Recipe


  1. Mix all ingredients together and cook for thirty minutes.

  2. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. Ensure that setting point has been reached - 105 C.

  4. Ladle into sterilised jars and seal.
