Azura Sky made these for us at the foody weekend

(serves 2-3)

Grate 2 apples
Grate 2 Carrots
Grate 1 Beetroot

Mix in a bowl
Add a good drizzle of Apple Cider Vinegar
and a healthy handful of raisins
and that's it! A stunningly bright pink dish.
