For those who haven't seen it, it has lots of photos of amazing inventions that are very nearly useful: Examples include the back-scratcher T-shirt (with grid references marked to aid the person scrathing get the right place) and a water collecting umbrella.
I've owned the book for years, and only just read who edited it: HFW himself!!
