220g plain flour. Wholemeal with whole oats works well.
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Whatever herbs you have to hand, as much or as little as you want. I used oregano. Rosemary would be good too. Dried.
1.5 tbspn olive oil. Don't worry about Extra Virgin, that's a waste.
120ml water

Mix into a dough. It's a bit sticky, so have extra flour to hand.

I rolled into a sheet, about 3mm thick onto a baking sheet, sprinkled flaky salt on them, and then cut into squares with a pizza wheel. Pierce each one twice with a fork.

Put in the oven at 220'C for about 15 minutes.
