When I went to collect my seed the other day, the farmer said to not take seed from a separate pile because there "was something wrong with it".
I thought nothing more of it at the time, but now I'm wondering what is likely to be wrong with it, and what are the laws which prevent him from selling it (I presume there are some).
I'll ask him next time I'm there, but my guess is that they are, for whatever reason, unfit for consumption... but does that mean they can't go to make diesel?
