For those who have suffered, suffer no more.

I had a yodel delivery last week at 9.45 at night to be honest i felt sorry for the guy as the online tracking it showed the parcel being picked up at 6.30 in the morning. He was in an old unmarked van so I assume hes just a contractor with pretty demanding hours and he was very appologetic.

Yodel have opted to sub contract a lot of their rounds, usually the less profitable ones with far far away customers. To make a buck the drivers need to cover a lot of miles and make a lot of drops.

Parcel force also sub out, I heard of a chap applied and he was asked to use a red van which they would mark up for him to give the impression that PF was the owner.

It amazes me that they don't bring down big companies like M&S, O2 & Amazon. They really need to change the options for booking down parcels, the customers sees 'There was noone available to take delivery so we left a card' when the driver books down 'We couldn't find the place as we only went to the other side of the county.

I guess they'd claim that I already had a day off for my wedding so the time spent waiting for them to find a parcel that morning wasn't eligible for compensation.

Wow! It must be like their standard thing.

It also amazes me how many times it says delivered and it's nowhere to be seen.

It's happened to me three times now, two of which I was sat here with my eyes on the gate all day.
