Went to collect a digital TV as a suprise for mum today (and my first freecycle transaction) and ended up selling some Kerry Hill and Wensleydale yarn! Fantastic.

I've been promised a doll's buggy today, to collect on Tuesday, which will avert the screaming fit when Nenna realises that the push chair she stole from nursery last night has to go back on Monday ...

It is, isn't it. I collected over 100 bricks the other day thanks to freegle (I'm going to make a path with them).

Apart from the other things we've had over the years I currently have slates, work surface and sink for the new wash house, and it looks like I may be on the track of windows too. this could be the wash house that Freegle built!

I keep egtting excited when people advertise x-builders sand sacks of rubble, until it turns out that they mean the little bags of sand you buy off the shelf from B&Q and not worth travelling for.

Oh dear :/

The bricks I picked up are brill - they are from the chimney of a victorian house (they'd pulled the chimney down and wanted rid).
