Recently bought a bag of "Growmore" from Wilko superstore.

Is this classified as "organic?"

Firstly welcome on board Rick. Secondly growmore is not organic, if you want organic fertilisers there are absolutely loads of different types available the Organic Gardening Catalogue have a wide range (but they're expensive):
