It needs either a good clean out of the printing head (seems easy to do according to the www) or a replacement (�30 from eBay) as it's been printing stripey and now blue only.
Free to anyone that wants it, I think I have a couple of spare cartridges too so they'll be thrown in. It's a great printer but inkjets do need to be regularly used and this just isn't.
