Seems a sensible idea, although I can see they might have fun persuading wildlife not to take up residence. The note towards the end about solar farms not being able to receive farming grants reduces the likelihood of farmers using the land between the panels for grazing I would have thought, which means someone has to go in there at least once or twice a year to brush cut and keep the grass and scrub down, so completely counter productive.
