Feeling a bit of a dope here
Decided to retreat form my usual 5 gallon wine batches, and do a 3 gallon lot of Carrot Whiskey, as this seemed perhaps to be a more subjective taste in wine
Racked it to a fermenter today (tastes promising) but it occurs to me when it ferments out, all my current containers will cause it to oxidise like hell
