Could this link be stickified at the beginning of this section? I'd find it very handy. Perhaps it should be put at the top of the Recipes, Preserving and Homebrewing section as well?

umm conservation

i recon about 30% would be a good set aside/no take for hunted fish and size limits etc are not effective(lobster/crab are the exception as they go back unharmed and with a full tum)

umm's might be safe to drive or robustly long lived but 0.01% is hardly a safe reservation for fish stocks

Very true. Perhaps wee should throw in the Umm's to create artificial reefs?

iirc vehicle parts from tyres to battleships have been used in some places

i suspect it isnt a shortage of habitats but a shortage of safe ,unharvested, habitats that make a difference for fish stocks etc

more harvest from 2/3 of the area rather than a less harvest from all of the area makes sense to me
