Ingredients


  • 3 1/2 cups self-raising flour

  • 1 cup lemonade (normal, not diet)

  • 1 cup full-fat cream



Recipe


  1. Mix everything together in a bowl

  2. Roll out onto a lightly floured surface

  3. Cut into round shapes with a small glass

  4. Lay out on baking trays covered with baking paper

  5. Bake at 180c until they start turning golden
