Hi, thought you all might to see the first ever foal born in the sanctuary, we have had a few additions since then, including a set of triplet Dutch Zwartbles sheep and a pedigree Angora bill goat as well as his son who is Angora x came in today. All gorgeous creatures. But I think this one beats them all

Hi , Nanny not yet, I have a name the foal competition to raise funds for the sanctuary, I have listed it on ebay and it is for visitors to the sanctuary and also for the local area etc. The winner will be announced 30th April by an independent person from the sanctuary.

Nice. Are the Zwartbles triplets fully-grown, or just lambs ?

Hi Gil, The Zwartbles triplets were born last Tuesday so are just lambs, we have a number of fully grown Zwartbles and I delivered quadruplets this morning before going to work, fantastic sheep and I think they are the most wonderful breed to work with. We have always had multiple births but usually twins.
