Ingredients
225g raspberries
about 200ml of water
170g caster sugar
50g double cream
Recipe
Simply process the fruit with the water.
Add 170g caster sugar
Add 50g double cream
I have an ice-cream maker which lives in the freezer. When needed, I take it out, pour in the mixture and leave (out of the freezer) for about 20 mins.
Comments
This works brilliantly with raspberries. If using blackcurrants you might need to adjust the sugar content.
