To be held at Cwmoernant Farm, Carmarthen, Wales

Fri 27th to Sunday 29th July
(You may choose to arrive in the evening of Thursday 28th by agreement with Ginkotree, but will have to sort out your own meal that night)

Basic adult subscriber �30 (non-subscriber �50)
Medium sized kids (5 to 15) �20 (n-s �30)
Under 5s free

This will cover three meals, breakfast, lunch and evening meal for the two days, Friday and Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday.

Soft drinks and tea and coffee will be provided but alcohol will be on a byo basis.

We also ask that people bring a contribution towards one bring and share meal and some cake.

If you can only make one day then the cost is half the full cost. (Please tell me which day you are coming for if this is the case.)

There will be no further payment required for camping or accomodation, but please PM Ginkotree with your requirements and she will book you in.
Don't forget to pm me too, to ensure you get fed!

Payment will be required for confirmation of booking and will be due by the end of June.

Subs generally go through automatically if you have signed up in the past, but I can check. New subscriptions can be made using the paypal buttons at the bottom of your profile page (where you change sigs and things).

Some of the individual workshops may require a small payment on the day to cover materials.

This is subject to change.

Please post on this thread if you think you could offer a workshop - we've got two whole days to fill this time!

If you are on this list and it becomes apparent that you won't be able to make it, would you let us know sooner rather than later please?

I can offer general knitting and crochet, either for beginners or more advanced if people want to get into lace or fairisle.

Not at all - there was no chicken action last year. You'd better liaise with Penny about whether you need to supply your own chickens.
