Due to my husbands new job, we are having to relocate down to Leicester-shire, and so we are reluctantly having to sell our smallholding.
It is just under an acre, but has a Huge barn that has a car-pit and 4 livestock pens, so ideal if you want a workshop as well as animals
The paddock has a field shelter which is aprox 5 feet in height, there is a small young orchard, that has four apple trees and two peach trees and tons of daffodils and its securely fenced (it currently houses our chickens)
There is 8 raised veg beds but room for alot more, A walled garden area that houses the poly tunnel, 9 blackcurrant bushes and a pond.
Both the garage and barn have power and lighting.

The office (currently and art room) can be converted into and en suite for Bedroom one.
The property has been valued at �240,000 But we have put it on for offers over �205,000
