I'm finally getting my butt into gear to do an article, it's going to be on growing trees for free, I need photos of trees, 3 of each species:

Tree in leaf
Close up of tree fruit/flower
Close up of ripe (or ripeish) seed/fruit

I'll be adding to this list but here's a start:

Rowan (sorbus aucuparia)

Cherry Plum (prunus cerasifera)

Damson/Bullace (prunus institia)

Blackthorn/Sloe (prunus spinosa)

Silver Birch (betula pendula)

Wild Service Tree (sorbus torminalis)

Alder (alnus glutinosa)

Hazel (corylus avellana)

Beech (fagus sylvatica)

Sycamore (acer pseudoplatanus)

Wych Elm (ulmus glabra)

Any help appreciated.

I'll get scanning... Haven't got all of those, though.

Thanks Cab, it'll be useful to get lots of pics of the same thing so the best (most useful) images can be used.
