This London gallery left a message on my Facebook page yesterday, saying they were interested in showing my work - I also noticed they'd reciprocated my following them on Twitter.

I've just spoken to the Director and I should, fingers crossed, have my work in their Ealing gallery early in April

I did a bit of quick detective work yesterday, asking a couple of their other printmakers what they were like to deal with. All good - very professional and business-like.

Social media can have its uses.

Hope it goes well for you. At least they've been around for a while and aren't asking you to pay to play like the last lot.

Thank you.

A lot of the work is very London-centric and most of the printmakers are based in London or the South but I can only assume that the owner knows his market and thinks some Welsh landscapes will add something to the mix

Well done-they need a bit of Welsh art to calm them down in that area-I hope all works out for you.

It is also down to individual style as well. Presumably the gallery owner likes your style and thinks it will sell.

He's not been to Wales and thinks it's abstract art.
