My copy arrived today. It's a work of art. Lots of fab photos - the preparing meat for the table bit was what fell open to start with - that back up very clear text. Dot and Tim have done a brilliant job. We were fighting over who was going to look at what over lunch . I can see it replacing Seymour and Katie Thear as people's go-to manual.

I got ours yesterday as well, it's a beautiful book! It was a crowdfunder mousjoos, if you contributed a certain amount you got a copy of the book

Buy it direct as they then get a larger % of the cover price.
