No, I ran out of salt. And my labels then fell off.

When we rang, they had found the bag - it had become separated from the rest of the pork. But it wasn't really worthwhile going back to collect it.

I didn't have enough salt the first time either- the suppliers had problems processing my card so I had to send a cheque, which delayed the delivery into the following week I'll never run out of salt again, I'll make sure of that.

Judith: I was thinking of getting a 25k sack from the Suma (via the shop) which works out at about 40p a kilo. Want to share?

All bacon/ham thype things are now safely submerged and I'm gettin impatient...
