EMERGENCY: Pork! lots of it

Just arrived, fresh, in the shape of a pig. We have 2 hams and a shed load of other bits and some belly for bacon already cut. We didnt get any warning of arrival so have no cures or anything ready.

Can it be frozen before curing? (so I can at least get some curing stuff froms hops at weekend) IS that a really stupid question.

be gentle on us first timers........

PS we have no real idea of what we are doing here with this ok?

Yes.
But defrost it in the fridge. (So it never gets warm.)
