There is a major difference between a certified accountant and a chartered accountant by the way. Biggest issue is that certified once can't sign passports
hmmm interesting. I am certified, and I have been signing them for years....never any comeback.

Not quite, if you work for only a few months out of a year you end up paying too much tax. I filed my return last July I think, amazing how quick you can get it in when you are owed money.

Hardly causes you problems, financially, though, when you are owed That's always a good feeling. Shame you can't just opt out, when you're filling in all the forms & you know it's only going to be to get a few quid back- I'd let them have it to avoid the paper trail- doesn't quite work like that though
