I could just eat a boiledspud.and that recipe above with the curry powder and olive oil..................I am going to do that tonight.

I'd quite fancy spuds if Tesco had delivered them And until I recharge the battery I can't get my car out to pick any up.

I love boiled spuds, Boil them in salted water and then drain them off well. put them back into the pan and put it on a low heat without a lid to evaporate the rest of the water then add some butter or olive oil and your flavours, chopped herbs, spices , curry ect and put the lid on then give the lot a good shake. The outside of the potatoes should mash up a little and soak up the oil and flavouers.
Mint of rosemary for lamb, horse radish and garlic for beef ect Mmmmmmmm loverly
