Of course if they were also using the new technology and had to put up with teething problems and engineers crawling around the place they'd probably still be whinging. Doesn't seem too unreasonable to me; it's new technology, he's chair of BT so he has access to it.

Over hear they have installed massive aerials that feed BB into remote homes, rather like wifi, I am not on it as it is too expensive at the moment.

We now use satellitte should be 1024 down 256 up (no phone line required) only that quick in the middle of the night mind you but 1/2 the price of ISDN and more reliable.
