Oh deary me Seems the scope's driver isn't compatible with 64-bit Windows, despite the spec web page giving a clear impression that it is. I have penned a less than happy email to the manufacturers. A.

When it didn't work, I went straight to the knowledge base, and found this item. Shame about the "PC Requirements" on the specs page. I can use the device on a different machine, but that's hardly the point. A.

Ooh, forgot to post a follow up to this. I contacted them and they sorted it out - there was a driver fix available that wasn't public yet. It has since been working a dream and has been receiving much use - including now. Money well spent, very handy indeed. A.

They are good aren't they. I don't have much use for mine any more but keep it handy just in case it comes in useful. I'm glad you got some good support from the vendors.

They are - you get lots for your money too. I've got a dual channel device which has proved handy several times. A.
