Back on topic - I live with a veggie so my challenge is usually to slip a bit of meat in each week.

What?

Well tonight we are on rice, a lentil and tomato dhal, a peanut and carrot raita, a cucumber and onion raita, and a potato concoction with chillies and mustard seeds

Last night we had mediterranean vegetables with olives in a herby tomato sauce with boiled rice followed by homemade rice pudding. A lot of rice but delicious just the same.
Don't know what the plan is for tonight.

Dreadfully lazy this week but it doesn't matter because we don't count, not being involved..."ready meals" on Monday and Tuesday (tomato sauce and bought in pasta; chilli with corn/wheat tortillas...both sauces home made and frozeded of course); tonight bought pasta again, with courgettes cooked to a pulp with garlic, salt and pepper...I'm not an adventurous cook it must be said!

The plan for tonight turns out to be chilli meatballs with spaghetti. Quorn meatballs I should add.

On day 4 already...
I haven't been into a supermarket yet although I sent OH in for some Buckwheat Flour that I needed for the Cougette Loaf recipe that I found on another forum (it is very nice BTW). Think I may have broken the pledge there....

I'm struggling with the veggie bit although thats mainly down to habit. I haven't failed yet but I've been close. Today took sandwiches to work but couldn't eat them 'cos they weren't veggie and it was me that made them.
