On another discussion group I beling to (the wonderful FrugaGenius at Yahoo Groups) we did a "See how little you can put in your bin for a week" challenge, which was very good. Would anyone here like to try that one?

Sounds like a good one. My starting point is that the bin currently contains dust, dog hair and two polystyrene chip cartons

I constantly battle with that one! I don't know where it all comes from! I must get the compost sorted out, I think accounts for a lot of it.
