Tahir, please coudl you tell me how much of the above ingredients should I use? and should I use ground up or whole?

Thanks.

I used (whole in muslin)

I big cinammon stick, about 6 cloves

Ground up
about a half of a nutmeg freshly grated

Finely chopped
1 lump of dried ginger

I guess a good dollop of mixed spice would do it but I tend to use whole spices, preground spices are just flavoured dust unless you buy regularly.
