Just wondering if anyone has some good contacts as to where I can buy a ton of cider apples from please ? Don't mind travelling down to worcestershire or hereford etc.
Its not 100% percent definate that we will need them, but handy to know there is a back up, if we can't find enough locally.
Cheers

You can have as many as you like if you can travel as far as Somerset. We have six full grown trees and the apples go to waste every year.

We have apples on our trees and windfalls by the wheelbarrow load that we have neither time nor experience to do anything with. Not sure of all the apples but know some were lady of bath or something like that. A good chunk are eater, egremont russet, and there are some cookers too. Welcome to help yourself. Rather they were used than wasted...till we get our rears in gear.

Nudge me after Oct 29th. I have an orchard and someone comes at half term to collect. After that, you're welcome. Eight trees, lots of apples, no charge. Various cider varieties. 4 miles from Hereford.
