A friend of mine here has a hoe she has borrowed which she is very keen on, but has been unable to find one of her own.
She calls it an onion hoe, it has a very small head, and is apparently Victorian.
I'll try to post a picture later, but does anyone have any suggestions?

Looking at those pictures, I think we are talking about something slightly different.
I'll try and remember my camera tomorrow.

I've got a small headed dutch hoe that is older than I am. I also have a series of rakes, from four prongs up to the standard number, that were my grandfather's. I strongly suspect that no-one makes them any more.

As suggested earlier, is not a hard thing to make... 'cept I've loaned out my anvil.

Looking again, it is possible that this hoe is indeed one of those hoes only worn down through years of use...
Have some photos, but nowhere to upload them to.

Also check secondhand/antique shops- I got my onion hoe in Hay at Tom's shop by the castle- lots of well restored tools there, also Fleur de Lys Antiques out the back

I'm sure there will be something similar nearer to you.

I've got one of the onion hoes like in Finsky's link, but tbh these days all my hand-weeding gets done with this:
