hi everyone just been in my garage and found my old smoker because i was reading all your coments about smokers the other day so as this is called trading post i thought i would have a bash if anyone is interested and has anything to trade you never know

Hi dave, can I ID it for you as a *hot* smoking box... wherein the food will simultaneously smoke and cook. And I'm already 'tooled up' in that regard, thanks!

I have one of these I'm willing to trade. Not used much, it will do home made bacon fine but won't slice parma ham as thinly as you want it.
