If you feel you could offer a workshop or otherwise want to be involved in the organisation of the event please let us know!
Pricing will be
For subscribers 15 a head for adults (16 +) and 10 for school aged kids ( 5 to 15) (under 5s free).

(Subscription is 10 per household - Let me know if you don't know whether your subs are up to date or not)

The accommodation prices are as follows:-
Accommodation only in the B&B (breakfast will be taken with the group): 25/night for adults, 10/night for children.
The camping barn - sleeps 20: 5/person - please bring your own sleeping bag etc!
The camping field - 3/night for adults, 1/night for children.
The static caravan may be available, but needs to be booked for a week. I may book it for less time, nearer the event.
These prices are confirmed and include Mullacott's discount for Downsizers. Please PM Alison directly for bookings and enquiries. |
All participants will be expected to muck in with cooking and cleaning duties and a rota will be drawn up on Saturday morning.
Well behaved dogs kept on leads are welcome if you're in a tent or camper van or in the camping barn, or static (if anyone wants it for a week), the camping barn has to be in agreement to others staying in there too.
If you'd like to see what has gone on at previous events take a look here.
