i was chatting with the cyc conservation officer last night and she pointed me to to ptfes who seem to be useful folk with a very good website for info,ideas etc etc .
a lot of such organisations are big on enthusiasm but small on useful content or action this crew look like they have thought about how to make enthusiasm practical.
whatever your interests in environment/wildlife/conservation or species reintroduction etc you might find their stuff useful.

Lovely looking resource
On a complete tangent as you managed to hit one of my pet hates
It is really bad for everyone, but particularly screen readers to just put here are the link text
Either give the url (in this case would have been fine as it is very short) or a short phrase which describes/names the link so Peoples Trust for endangered species
This means that everyone can see where the link is going and screen readers can tell the person being read to something about the link rather than just saying here
