fig and dates arrived.

i will start with tomato, and go scrumping for batch 2

in the last stage at the mo, i added a pinch of salt to the onions to encourage them to sweat off and used 2 tbl spoons of homemade blackberry sherry to help the dates to fall

tis the tomato version, smells good while cooking

i will let you know in a few weeks

very nice, i am into the second jar which means i need to make more

i will use the 6 lt pan this time

thanks, this one is in the wedding catering menu(ace with burgers and cold cuts and vegan not-cheese)

if their do is possible in spring

I still prefer the apple addition rather than the tomato. Both nice though🙂
