I've seen this somewhere else aswell. Apparently , they are supplying Fortnum and Mason but I can't see that on this advert. I think the chap who runs it has beome ill and so it's a forced sale. I think it could be a real opportunity for some one. From where I am that price is as cheap as chips!!

I thought Nellie was hanging around till the ASBO was sorted? Seriously though, there are plenty of small business that can survive on 2k per month but only because there is no mortgage on the property. Someone spending �350-400k on a smallholding will probably have to at least double turnover immediately to pay thier way, and then may still find it really tough to survive.
