I have spent the last year trying to get a land based social enterprise project based on setting up an eco tourism centre. Self sufficient and all profits after a salry for me to go back. I was going to put all my cash 100k at most in. But no one believed it or if they did there were a 1000 probs. I am a lawyer have been for 20 years but now wanted to do something useful. Everyone thought it was a dodge a tax fiddle or a planning permission con.
IS THERE NO WAY PEOPLE CAN WORK TOGETHER AND DO GOOD THINGS

Do you have any more details to share? What sort of ownership structure did you plan and what sort of problems did you face? I can see more people working cooperatively in the future.
