I seem to have a good crop of berries on my eleagnus bushes this year.
Does anyone do anything with these berries? The proportion of flesh to seed is rather disappointing, but what flesh there is can be quite sweet (I think that mine need to go a little redder to achieve this).
Any tips would be welcome (or the birds can have them, as per usual),
