Does anyone happen to have any fertile pekin eggs surplus? I want to add a few new ladies to my flock of broodies after the dog-rampage debacle last year and I don't want to cross back to my cockerel. I totally don't mind what colour they are.

I can pay cash-money or swap some barnevelder eggs when my cockerel gets going.

I don't but I may know a man that does. I'll have a chat with him over the weekend and let you know.

Possibly some Old Dutch, which are so lovely and teeny tiny ... but I do like the socks on the pekins - it means they do less garden damage I think!

I'm looking for a proven fertile barnevelder cockerel from a utility strain, too. My seems to be suffering from a chronic loss of libido .

The only person he's putting his wing down to is the Pekin cockerel - I think he may be a little confused . I'll have a look at the forum, thank you, I haven't come across that one.
