looking around at the possibility of buying a bit of land, I notice the concept of 'lots' of land (somewhat ironic given the relative paucity of the stuff - but I bet the title made lots - groan - of you look at this topic ).

As an example, there's this:

https://www.primelocation.com/farms-estates-and-land/details/id/clox170614/

which is asking for offers in excess of 260,000 (I could ahve sworn it was 250,000 yesterday), but which is composed of 6 lots. I presume that you can express interest in just one lot and that they would only want a commensurate fraction of 260,000 for it.

Is this how it works?

I find that often they just put the price of one lot of land on, but include details of the whole lot - often clicking on the link to the agents website and looking at the full details on there helps - if not, a call to the agent should clarify. I also find that primelocation.com is a good way of finding agents, but a search on the agents website themselves often produces a lot more of the interesting stuff!

Good luck!
