Does this sound a good idea? I have loads of food, the freezer is full and I have no more kilner jars.
So, could I build myself a dehydrator. Basically a box with a series of mesh shelves. At the bottom of the box the red heat lamp that I use to keep day old chicks warm. At the top of the box a piece of think fabric to allow ventilation.
Made idea or doable?

Is there any way you could line the box with aluminum foil?
