As part of my fab new job here's a bit of info about the house I'm helping to build. Frame - timber, osb and marine ply Insulation - 22cm of wood fibre Rainwater harvesting Solar panels on roof Solar PV Heat pump Wood fired central heating Living roof I'm going to learn such a lot. Today I had a 2 minute lesson in how to use a JCB! Ace.

So you have the job on a permanent basis now? It was a trial I think last I heard. That is yet another piece of good news today

I've got a 2 month trial contract but it's going so well with the boss. I'm an old fart of 47 and have not worked for many bosses that I respect and admire. I respect this one. His values are superb and I feel so motivated. Jobs do not come much better than this.
