Panting almost all the time, and wheezing when he lies down.

Appointment at the vets later...

He won't lie down either. Just standing around panting... A few steps here and a few steps there...
I fear we are at that time.

it seems an awfully long time to the vets appointment...
He doesn't seem distressed, just very unsettled.
I can't help wondering about a little asprin: it helps a lot with a lot of things...

There is a load of "something" in his lungs where there should be air.
Vet has kept him for X-rays...

Vet just phoned... his lungs are filling with fluid.
They're going to try to drain it and see what it is...

Probably just racking up a big bill so he can die comfortable, but what the hell, it is only money.
