can somebody help me figure out how to post a picture in this forum please?

Press post reply or write a new post, and just underneath the text box are the words Attach File. Press that, and a box opens where you can browse the photos in your pictures. Select the picture, and let it upload, then press the submit button.

Please note though Alex that your pic must not be larger than 2Mbs. if it is, you'll need to re-size it yourself, or ask for help here. A.
