They are organising courses in everything from glassblowing and basic black-smithing to hedgelaying and straw-bale building.
The party (for Dorset County Council Community Composting Champions - God help me!) includes opportunities for me too look around:
"During the evening, one of the organisers will give a short talk about the centre, its facilities and the courses on offer. You will also have a chance to have a look around and ask any questions."
They offer some excellent courses there at reasonable prices. A friend of mine did a day's introductory blacksmithing and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm hoping to do the hedgelaying some time next year.
