morning,
i am the proud owner of a lovely leg of muntjac, which i am planning to roast. last time i poked herbs and cloves of garlic into holes i studded into the surface. it was blooming marvellous.
I wondered if anyone has any other ideas i could try.

in clarissa dickson-wright's game cookbook, there are seveal nice recipes with muntjac

sage cobbler being one

you need 2lbs of cubed muntjac thought so my beloved boned it out for me while i painted his study for him
