I have just eaten the tastiest casserole that I have had in a long time thanks to Judith's delicious pork. (But you made a mistake when you parcelled it up - you said each packet would feed four greedy people - well two packets managed to stretch to five famished people and there's not a scrap of it left. In my defence I have been awake since 5.30 worked all day and only got back in at 9.30 this evening very very hungry)
First decent meal I have been able to face since collecting it from you. Can you put my name on another lot when we have finished this please!

I think it is good, and our families say that it is (but then they have to, don't they!) but it I always find it a bit nerve-wracking when someone hands over good money for something I have produced. I'm really glad you enjoyed it.

I had some of the aforesaid pork too: blasus iawn! Not lasting very long, though... I suspect it will only be overshadowed by our own in a couple of months.
