Rob - You and BW are very similar in outlook. A bit of gentle innuendo just won't do if you can actually say boobs!

All giggling at bits and bobs aside, I do like their ethos - especially the 'Safer Spaces Agreement' which they summarise at the bottom with the one liner "In short, don't be a dick". If I ever have to write an anti-bullying policy, I think I'll try and remember it
